Team

The perfect balance between passion and professionalism

A Global Team

Collaboration is at the core of what we do. We have searched far and wide to bring together a team of professionals that share our values and excel at what they do. They share our dedication to measurable results and commitment to delivering exceptional work. They are doers. This global network of suppliers, that we admire and trust, allows us to assemble the ultimate team for every project bringing the best minds available to the problem or opportunity at hand.

One Team

At the core of every project is our Tasmanian–based team. We manage and implement projects and campaigns both locally and abroad. We love what we do. Our mantra is to do the work we love, with people we love to work with. We are an extension of our client’s teams. They invest in us, and we are invested in them, because their success is our success.

Morgan Pulcipher

Communications Specialist

Outside of work, Morgan is a Yoga Teacher and keen bushwalker.

Morgan has a BA in Advertising/Public Relations (Michigan State University). She commenced her communications career in the US where she interned for Sarah Gore Reeves as a Stylist/Fashion Editor in New York for clients like Vogue Latin America, Allure Korea, Nicole Kidman, Sephora, JC Penney and Avon. This was followed by an internship with Weber Shandwick in Chicago providing daily account support to senior staff for clients including Oscar Mayer, Pedigree, M&M’s, Unilver and Omron. Post internships, Morgan worked as an Account Manager for Design Bureau Magazine in Chicago, Account Coordinator for MWW Group, a Chicago–based Public Relations Agency, and Market Research Associate for Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. After her move to Australia Morgan joined Lululemon as their Sydney Facebook Manager.

Morgan is now based in Tasmania. She wanted to return to work in public relations but didn’t want to work in the type of traditional agency she was used to in the US. She came to work for us – because we do great work and we make work fun.

Morgan loves social media strategy and implementation and is a brilliant wordsmith.
